A new doctor
A woman went to the doctor’s office where she was seen by the young new doctor. After about four minutes in the examination room, the doctor told her she was pregnant. She burst of screaming and ran down the hallway.
An older doctor stopped her and asked her what the problem was. She told him her story. After listening he had her sit down and relax in another room.
The doctor marched down the hallway to the first doctor and demanded, "What's the matter with you? Mrs. Smith is fifty nine years-old, she has four grown children, seven grandchildren and you told her she was pregnant?"
The new doctor continued writing on his clipboard and without looking up said, "Does she still have the hiccups?"

หญิงนางหนึ่งไปพบหมอที่ห้อง หล่อนกลับพบว่าเธอต้องถูกตรวจโดยหมอหนุ่มคนใหม่ สี่นาทีผ่านไปหลังจากการตรวจ หมอได้แจ้งหล่อนว่าหล่อนท้อง หล่อนระเบิดเสียงกรีดร้องออกมาและวิ่งไปตามห้องโถง หมอที่อาวุโสกว่าได้หยุดเธอไว้และถามว่าเธออะไรขึ้นกับเธอ หล่อนเล่าเรื่องให้เขาฟัง หลังจากที่ได้ฟังเขาก็จัดการให้หล่อนนั่งสงบสติอารมณ์ในอีกห้องหนึ่ง เขาเดินกลับไปตามห้องโถงเพื่อไปพบหมอคนแรกและถามว่า “มันเกิดอะไรขึ้นเนี่ย คุณนายสมิทอายุปาเข้าไปตั้งห้าสิบเก้าปีแล้ว เลี้ยงลูกจนโตไปแล้วสี่คน มีหลานก็ตั้งครึ่งโหล และคุณบอกว่าเธอท้องเนี่ยนะ” หมอคนใหม่ก้มหน้าก้มตาเขียนยุกยิกที่กระดานตรวจโรคต่อโดยที่ไม่เงยหน้าขึ้นมา พร้อมกับพูดว่า “แล้วเธอยังมีอาการสะอึกอยู่หรือเปล่าครับ”
